This spacious home has 5 bedrooms – 2 with queen beds, 1 with twin beds, 1 with double/single bunk and 1 with single bed, sleeping up to 10. The lounge, dining and new kitchen are all open plan for relaxed casual living. There are two bathrooms and an additional separate toilet.The fully fenced section is very private, with sunny decks and courtyards. There is plenty of off-street parking with a large garage and carport, plus a long driveway for boats and trailers.
Centrally located easy walk to town and lake edge, yet very private quiet back section with lots of parking for cars and trailers. Great for two families to share. The house is located in a quiet residential area next door to a retirement "village" close to town, therefore is NOT suitable for a party house.
