Built with carefree holidays in mind Quail Cottage offers 2 bedrooms and a light airy open-plan living area. The master bedroom has a King bed and opens onto the wrap-around deck with views to the water and the moored boats below. The second bedroom has a SuperKing bed which can be split into 2 King Single beds. The bathroom has a bath with a shower above and there is a separate toilet. Downstairs there is a separate area with a bedroom and lounge area - perfect for the teenagers! The bedroom here has two single beds. Please note there is no internal access to this area. Set in a lovely garden Quail Cottage really makes you feel on holiday as soon as you enter. The village of Mangonui is an easy 10-minute walk along the spectacular waterfront. In the other direction, a 20 minute walk will bring you to the beautiful Coopers Beach. There is plenty of parking for the boat and the boat ramp is just 2 minutes drive away. WIFI and Air Conditioning ( heat pump ) with access to NetFlix for those rainy days!
