"Pine Haven" is easily accessible by boat from Picton or Waikawa whether using one of the many ferry services or your own vessel. "Pine Haven" has a shared Jetty and access to 2 safe beaches great for kids to play!!! Deck area with spectacular views and large lawn wrapped with native bush. Upstairs 3 double bedrooms, spacious living and dining areas, large kitchen, main bathroom, toilet, shower & laundry. Down stairs (external access only) are two separate bunkrooms (sleeping 6 & 4) with adjoining toilet & shower. Well appointed with microwave, washing machine, 2 fridges, freezer, video, DVD, stereo, BBQ, outdoor furniture, some games, books etc. Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of deposit of 20% non refundable if booking is cancelled within 10days of your arrival date. $50 Cleaning deposit required, refundable if bach is left clean.
