The Apartment This is a sunny, private, single-story ground-floor apartment with 2 double bedrooms, a study with a pullout sofa queen bed, 2 modern bathrooms, and a large living area. It is one of four private apartments. Doors open up onto a large paved cliff-top garden, which was recently landscaped. It has secure drive-on access, with secure on-site parking. It is suitable for wheelchairs. The apartment is sited for the ever-changing views of Auckland’s Waitemata Harbour, Waiheke Island with glimpses of the Coromandel Ranges. An undercover outdoor table and 8 chairs provide a wonderful location for outdoor dining or just contemplation. Master Bedroom The master bedroom encompasses a large private sitting room and a new comfortable super king-sized bed from which you can enjoy the extensive harbor and garden views. It has a new marble ensuite and a generous dressing room. Living, Dining, and Kitchen This is a designer kitchen fully equipped and open plan. Large fridge freezer, Miele induction cooktop, Miele oven, microwave, and heating drawer. Adjoining the kitchen is a large butler's pantry for food preparation and a wine storage area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a mixer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, and a kitchen Whizz. Pillivuyt crockery, glassware, induction cooking equipment, and bakeware are supplied. The Dining area includes an eight-seat dining table.
