Single level family home in quality suburb of Tauranga. Our house is situated down a right of way with a lovely outlook across an estuary A very peaceful quiet setting. We are with in easy walking distances of the beach and several playgrounds and parks. We are just a few minutes from a dairy and have 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. Guests should note that the pool is accessible from the house, but complies with all council and government regulations. It has passed its annual council inspection. Doors accessing the pool area can double locked, and alarmed if required. However guests are ultimately responsible for any one in and around the pool.
