Your hosts enjoy hospitality and providing you with a relaxing and delightful B&B/Homestay experience in a lovely executive home, with all amenities in close proximity. (We do rent out the entire home on some occasions, please enquire if you are interested.) Guests have the upper level to themselves, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. The second level includes a TV lounge area; wireless internet capability; full bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower, under floor heating and heated towel rack and two bedrooms. One room has a King Bed and the second bedroom comes with a queen size bed. Quality linens, hair-dryer and plug adaptors are also supplied. Continental breakfast is provided (Susy's signature muesli is a must), free WiFi and complimentary tea and coffee. We are happy to make arrangements or help with your activities bookings prior to your arrival. Afternoon or evening meals and other services provided POA. Minimum 2 nights stay. We are centrally located to the CBD and Eastern beaches. There are several reserves and parks nearby including the Orakei Basin which is a magical place for a walk on a summer's day. Just around the corner are several shops, cafes, salon, dairy (convenience store), florist, Morell Bistro and Benson Road Deli. The train station is located 1.5 kilometres away - just one stop from the CBD. There are 4 bus stops within a 5 minute walk and Auckland International Airport is approximately a 25 minute drive. We share our home with a loveable border collie/golden retriever/huntaway cross named Kenzie who spends her day outside enjoying the yard and the fresh air. Outside dogs are negotiable. We are totally smoke free - including patio's and decks.
