Open plan living with 3 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 7. Main bedroom has 1 x Queen bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are off the main kitchen dining area with curtained privacy - set up with bunks - one double bunk on the bottom, single on top, the next 1 x single bunk. This charming bach has full kitchen facilities, and extra such as games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained in the evenings. Cook a feast on the BBQ and lounge on the outdoor furniture in the private, sunny back yard. This is a great place to bring your children and the family dog (pet fees apply). Smart tv and stereo in the lounge to keep those backyard bbq tunes playing. Guests have full access to the home and outdoor area. Holiday Stays are your local holiday manager and will contact you by email. We are also available by phone and are available locally for any questions or issues you may have during your stay. Pet friendly, though property is NOT fully fenced. A pet fee of $60.00 per pet is payable and will be arranged after your booking is confirmed. Please be honest and advise of your intention to bring a pet at the time of booking. Any undisclosed pets could result in guests being asked to leave. We supply the linen, bed linen configurations are supplied up at our discretion based on the number of people booked. Double, Queen, King beds will be automatically assigned to 2 adults unless otherwise advised by you at the time of booking. We will sort the departure clean too, but there will just be a few things not included.
