Option 1: Modern 4 bedroom home sleeps 9, (also if you include Option 2, you could include the Lodge!, combined can sleep 17+, also the spa is included when lodge is combined with the booking ), perfect for conferences/team building , GST registered..Great harbour views, including the 'heads', especially from rooftop deck. Deck has new gazebo to lay in and star gaze, with Indonesian statues around house, lower covered deck off the bedrooms, including hammocks, cafe setting & large gas bbq, spa pool (DURING WINTER MONTHS ONLY) Ample parking for up to 3-4 cars. Combine the House & Lodge & parking spaces triple, (room for boat and trailer). Many world famous surf spots/kite surfing within a 5 min drive, including surf/swimming beach, with its own life guards, fun for all the family! 10-15 mins stroll to newly developed harbour, inc. cafes, pottery shops etc also only 300m to water if kayaking is your thing. Warm relaxing vibe to the north facing house, with sun from dawn to dusk. If relaxing at home is your thing there is always Sky tv with movies & sports channels or surf the net with free WiFi! Not to mention the hammocks under the pergola.also a new spa pool(DURING WINTER MONTHS ONLY)beside the lodge 10-15 min walk to central Raglan. Option to rent surfboards, boogie boards, mtb's, kayak and linen ($15 per person) if you forget it :) Option 2: There is also an option to book the brand new Surfer's Lodge on the same property that sleeps up to 8-9 people and can be easily accessed from the house. That also has its own Sky decoder, free WiFi & all other amenities..... The Lodge is sound proofed and quite separate from the primary house, but with a few adjustments it can be easily become part of the house . Just ask as I'm sure this would suit sports teams or large family gatherings, team building excursions etc.... Two night minimum stay for weekends. This house is a beautiful, open plan modern house and I encourage you to appreciate all that it offers. However, I do NOT want it used as a 'PARTY HOUSE', so please do not request a booking if that's your intention :) Mid week =$220,weekends =$280p/n for two people, $30 extra p/p, p/n there after. Minimum two nights for weekends. $80 surcharge for 1 night mid week stays. $200 admin fee for cancellations unless its closer than 60 days to your arrival , that will incur more charges, ie; may lose all bond any payments paid , at my discretion. IE;New years , Easter , Labour weekend for example are from $800 p/n for the house and lodge combined.. Another optional extra is to include the motorhome for extra guests! or short trips away for $600 per night extra.
