Sit back and relax as the native bush and birds entertain you while you enjoy listening to the waves and looking out at the nuggets and the lighthouse. This 2 bedroom crib sleeps up to 4 people, is warm and cosy and has everything you need for a family holiday or a weekend getaway. It is fully furnished, (although you will need to bring your own linen) and is situated in a nice sunny spot out of the easterly breeze. It is only a few minutes walk to to the Point Cafe & Bar and the local beach (patrolled in Summer). There is a children's play ground just around the corner and the camping ground and bushwalk are also nearby. There are many things to do while visiting the beautiful Catlins including viewing the yellow eyed penguins, sea lions and seals, many bush walks and beautiful coastlines to view. It is only 1 hour drive to Dunedin and 1 1/2 hours to Invercargil. We have recently added a lovely new deck out the front, with a gate to keep your little ones safe.
