Centrally located easy walk to Waihi Beach village, 1 minute to the surf and sand, lovely large front lawn with nice gardens. quite accommodation suitable for all ages.

5/10 minute to shops 1 minute to beach,hot pools 10 minutes drive/walks over the hill in the bush to other beaches/ harbor for the children that don't like the surf all within 8`10 minutes drive

Location is good. Apartment is spacious. No communication regarding check in time. Mattresses aren’t very firm / comfortable. We had to bring the dog into the laundry because of fireworks- when I stepped outside in the morning I was met by an angry landlord seemingly waiting for me to open the door. Yes we hadn’t technically kept to the rules but didn’t expect that kind of reception.

Communication was sent to you regarding time which I said you could come in not before 1.00 p.m as we had a big clean Regarding dog I only excepted that you could bring dog if it is outside at all time YOU broke the house rules we have rules as I for one is allergic to dog hair we have other guests that may have same allergies We were home late an there was no fireworks after 12.30 a.m an you were still up no excuse for having dog inside. Husband never gets angry.but when cleaning dog hairs were every where you were told to not have dog inside we wish you respected our rules. There is a locked up courtyard were dog was safe an you had been using it

Maureen and Ken made us feel very welcome in their Unit. Unfortunate for us we had wet weather for 3 days but eventually got out and saw the lovely area and caught up with friends.
