About this Holiday House

Walk in, sit down and relax!! The beach house features open plan living, high stud ceilings, great indoor/outdoor flow, wrap around HUGE decking with gorgeous sea views and ALL DAY SUN. The house is set back on a large flat section for the kids to play, 3 car garaging plus extra off street parking. The HUGE master bedroom has a Californian King bed and a single bed, and is complete with ensuite and beautiful sea views. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and single, third has bunks, fourth has two single beds. All rooms fitted with ceiling fans. One foldout single bed is available also. Three toilets in total, two showers plus hot/cold outdoor shower. Perfect beach house for two families looking for a luxury holiday. Situated on popular Wintle Street and is 300 meters to the estuary edge and childrens park. Short walk to shops, cafes, surf beach, and golf course. This beach house has everything you could want to enjoy all Mangawhai has to offer including beautiful estuary and occean views. 280m2 with WIFI There is an additional $100 cleaning fee and Linen can be hired if needed. Weekend rates apply to Friday and Saturday

We stayed at this fab house with friends for 4 nights over the long weekend. The house fits two families really well, with heaps of living, sleeping and outdoor space. It has a good sized kitchen with everything you need for cooking and eating. We have a mixture of tweens and teens so the games room downstairs was a big hit - for the adults too. A short walk to the estuary across the road and just down the road from the main Mangawhai Heads surf beach and the shops in the other direction, so you don't have to go far for whatever you need. Megan the host was really communicative and friendly. We'd love to book this house again in the future.

Perfect house for our group of 6. Ample room and the facilities and game’s room were ideal. Short walk to the beach and play ground. It has everything you need and very clean. Thanks to the host Megan and Stephen.

We had a great weekend at the house. It is beautiful, light and spacious. The photos don’t do it justice. Amazing views and very close to the estuary. Would love to come back.
