New Accommodation in a beautiful setting looking out to Cox's Bay. Very modern with all the comforts of home. A two storey building with stunning views of the inner harbour in a very quiet and peaceful setting. Fully equipt kitchen with everything you need to make a lovely meal, microwave and large fridge included. A large private outdoor deck area to lounge and enjoy your day or evening. Within walking distance of Raglan's lovely cafes and restaurants, a 2 minute walk to the wharf and the Wharf Kitchen and Bar Restaurant, a quick drive to Raglan's World Class Surf Breaks. Within easy walking distance of the harbour for kayaking, fishing or swimming.

Special Amenities

Located by the inner harbour just a short walk from Raglan town. Quick walk down to the Wharf for a spot of fishing or a meal at the newly opened Wharf Kitchen & Bar. Close to swimming areas and playgrounds. A private setting and very quiet with lots of native trees and birds. BBQ located on the huge deck so you can relax and enjoy the views while dining. Upstairs is the Kitchen/Bathroom and lounge with pull out Queen bed. The lounge has stunning views and is very sunny, it walks out onto the deck. Down stairs are the two extra bedrooms that are linked by a door and have a ranch slider in each room to outside. The deck has stairs down to the car park.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

Located within walking distance of town and shops and lovely cafes and restaurants. 2 minute walk to the wharf where you can see local craftsmen making shoes and pottery at the newly built shops. 20 minutes drive to Waingaro Springs Hot Pools or Beautiful Bridal Veil Falls. A quick drive to Raglan's Famous Surf breaks and lovely beaches. Great for Kayaking and paddle boarding. Safe for children to swim, lots of crabs, seagulls and the odd stingray to see. You might even be lucky enough to see the Orcas that visit over the summer and spend time in the harbour catching stingrays. Its all right here just waiting for you to come and enjoy..

This is a comfortable, well equipped house, close to all the Raglan action. Nearby fish on the wharf was great. However, we found it not the easiest with the toilet upstairs. This meant we got to use those stairs, which were well lit, often at night. We were not youngsters having been married 55 years.

Lovely little spot with nice views from the balcony. The accommodation has everything you need, there’s even a hair straightener in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable. Worth noting that access to one bedroom is through the other. That wasn’t an issue for us but some people may not feel comfortable walking through another guests bedroom depending on the group staying. Being modern with double glazing it is nice and quiet. Check in was easy and we had no issues during our 1 night stay.
