About this Holiday House

Stunning 2 bedroom property just back from Tamaki Drive. Enjoy a stay in Auckland 50m from Kohimarama Beach (just 10 minutes drive from downtown Auckland). Funky beach apartment with large balcony, lots of lawn, and access through the fence and walk across the road to Kohi Beach and Tamaki Drive. Fully furnished with one king sized bed in one room and king single trundler bed that can be made into another king bed (or two king singles) in the other bedroom (current photos show bed made up as super king. Kitchen includes microwave, F&P dishdrawers. The photos say it all. Minimum stay 5 days. Check in any time after 2pm Check out before 11am Alternative times can be arranged Weekly cleaning service available Cleaning Fee $75.00

Walk across the road to Kohimarama Beach. Stylish apartment with a peak of the sea only one street back from Kohimarama beach, furnished with designer furniture available for those wishing for minimum 5 night stays in Auckland. Walking distance to great cafes, bars, grocery store, takeaways - 10 minutes walk to Mission Bay and Saint Heliers. Can see bus stop that takes you to town from the deck. One bedroom has king size bed, and the second bedroom, either twin beds, which can be put together for king bed (currently in photo). Excellent quality beds. Wonderful, quiet location with garaging for one car, plus additional off street parking View of Rangitoto, and Kohimarama Beach(through the trees from deck).

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

Kohimarama Beach, short walk to Saint Heliers and Mission Bay. Summer in Auckland is amazing and this is the perfect spot to explore Auckland from with amazingly simple access to bus transport into town. Walking distance to Kelly Tarlton's. On the doorstep of Auckland's wonderful waterfront.

Lovely little place in a wonderful location!

This condo is a jewel on and off ( 50 m ) the beach. the facilities excellent, the restaurants and walks on the marina stunning. There is even a Milse desert counter ( open 2 to 6 ) which you should not miss. Ideal to walk to Mission and Helliers. Facilities are perfect , we stayed for two weeks and did not want to leave.... The hostess Carol very accommodating and friendly real Kiwi hospitality. That would be our address next time in Auckland.
