About this Holiday House

1-2 bdrm modern, immaculate, cosy accommodation, north facing, located along Omaha Drive, ten minutes walk to Omaha Beach. 3min walk to the Tennis Courts & Golf Club - it’s across the road. Self contained 1-2bdrm unit, MAXIMUM 3 people, includes kitchenette, cooking outside on Weber barbecue (on request), washing machine and Sky T/Sky Sport.  Own private outdoor area. Unit is attached to main house but with own separate entrance. Minimum x2 night stay. (Linen can be supplied on request at extra cost - due to increased hygiene levels Covid-19 NO sleeping bags). Unit not suitable for babies/children. Rates shown are for x2 people. Extra person $30.00 peak season; $20.00 low season. P.S. Public holidays through low season, ie long weekends etc $170.00 per night x2 people. Christmas/New Year period (end of Jan) minimum stay x4 nights. All enquiries welcome and please call for further information. Changes to confirmed booking not accepted.

Unit has indoor/outdoor flow with double opening ranch slider. Private & quiet outdoor area with umbrella/table & seating. Golf club, 3min walk, open seven days for coffee/lunch and excellent dinners Fri and Sat. Owners have keys to tennis court at the Golf Club (available on request).

10 min easy walk to beach. Surf Club 10 min walk. Close to local shops: for coffee/pizzas, well stocked supermarket & wine, clothes/gift shop. Golf club: - Café open seven days for coffee/lunch and excellent dinners Fri/Sat. (On Friday nights all guests can go in a lucky number draw to win a $50.00 bar tab). Excellent takeaways (Fri, Sat, Sun) at Point Wells-5 min drive. Golf Club with tennis court facility (key available). Boat Ramp 3 mins, Matakana (with an amazing Saturday Farmers Market) 5 mins, Warkworth 15mins and a 50 mins drive from the CBD.
