About this Holiday House

Stunning big 3 bedroom house on Ocean Road. Everything you need to enjoy a very relaxing holiday at the beach. Great entertaining area with fantastic sea views East and West. Big open plan living, lounge, kitchen area upstairs with great indoor/outdoor flow to deck. Separate bathroom and toilet upstairs with master bedroom. Downstairs has two bedrooms, second lounge with kitchenette area and another bathroom and toilet. Great home for extended family – kitchenette downstairs has all basic breakfast facilities including jug, toaster, microwave, & fridge. Walk out the door across the road and you are on the beach. Rinse off the sand in the lovely outdoor hot shower before heading inside for a family BBQ! Beach access across the road, 30 seconds to the sand! Located just across the road from the beach. Only few minutes walk to "The Sandcastle" for basic provisions, ice-creams & takeaways. Ohope Beach is a safe swimming beach and offers lots of activities to entertain the whole family. For special group bookings/ business groups during the year a quote will supplied to include wifi, exit clean, linen & service fee.

Walk across the road to the beach - safe swimming, great fishing and boogy boarding/surfing. Less than 5mins drive to harbour, wharf, boat ramp, golf course. 5-8 mins drive to local 4 Square, cafes & restaurants. Close to childrens playground and diary. About 15 mins drive to Whakatane township. Great bush walks and fantastic weather.

Excellent roomy house well equipped with entertaining and leisure gears - so much so that we might've needed a few days longer to make the most of!

CLEANING FEE -
During the Peak period the rates include a cleaning fee over 3night bookings.

During the rest of the year there is a cleaners fee associated with all bookings less than 5 nights. The cleaners fee will be quoted at time of enquiry.
