Hi Robyn Thank you for your kind comments and feedback. It is always valuable to receive this kind of information and highlights areas where we can improve. It is a shame I did not hear from you during your stay other than your arrival text, as I could have also assisted you with these issues. On your arrival date, I had the gardener attend and spent 7.5 hours which included blowing and sweeping the property so the concerns about the BBQ area being untidy is one I will take up with them directly, thank you. To address your other concerns, I have added a note regarding the electric hot water system to the compendium that is found in the house, explaining it is indeed electric, and needs time to recover once emptied. The clothes dryer door has been ordered, unfortunately has not arrived but there is a second clothes dryer in the garage for guest use, which should have been fully functional. I am not aware of any issue with the dryer not heating but can only assume if the door is not latching correctly it may not heat and operate very well. The oven is new and has universal symbols but I understand if you are unfamiliar with these, they can be confusing. The oven manual is stored in the black flip through folder (along with other manuals for equipment in the house) and stored in the pantry. This is also noted in the compendium, under the Kitchen heading. I will ask Sharlene to look into the issues with the freezer trays as they may need replacement.
