Located on the ground floor with doors opening from the master bedroom and lounge onto a flat lawn area – great for BBQ's, playing petanque etc. Single lock up garage but no boat parking sorry. Easy access to the on-site swimming pool, sauna and spa. Wifi included in tariff. The open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and the lounge has a flat screen TV, chromecasts and DVD player. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and flatscreen TV. The second bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom includes a bath and there is a fully equipped laundry. A porta cot is also available on request. Just a few minutes walk to Little Kaiteriteri beach, and 10 minutes to Kaiteriteri main beach where there are cafés, a superette, petrol station, purpose built mountain bike park and children's playground. Water taxis and kayaking tours into the beautiful Abel Tasman National Park also depart from here. Minimum stay periods apply; two nights un-serviced or three nights fully serviced.
