Stunning, executive warm villa in top suburb within walking distance to city. All day sun. 2 minutes walk to excellent licenced restaurant. Restored with modern facilities, double glazed. Ideal University of Otago visitors. 3 nights min stay. French doors to deck and garden. Free gigabyte WiFi. 2 full bathrooms, large bedrooms. 5 minute walk to Otago golf club. Views of hills. Olympic swimming pool 15 minutes walk. Beaches 15 minutes. Very warm in the winter with hot woodburner, heat pump and home ventilation system.

A beautiful home to enjoy summer and winter with lovely character features and spacious bedrooms with quality linen,wool underlays, down duvets. Everything in kitchen. A new kitchen June 2013. The best of living with space of a villa but modern extension and facilities.Double glazed. Two bathrooms, heat pump and hot woodburner. Near new carpet. Ultra fast free wifi. Bose surround sound system for TV, CD and DVD. 6 burner new BBQ with wok on deck with easy access to dining. 5 minute walk to Balmacewan golf club. 2 minute walk to excellent licenced restaurant called "no7 Balmac", cafe, hairdresser, takeaway, dairy and pharmacy. Close to town (4 minute drive), views of hills, mostly private lovely garden,very central position to access Ross Creek bush walks or town facilities and beaches. Otago peninsula wildlife only a 30 minute drive from the house. Back of house opens out to deck with bbq area. Sunny house all day.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

2 minute walk to excellent licenced restaurant "No 7 Balmac". Ross Creek is a network of bush walks which start 10 minutes walk from the house. University is a 25 minute walk down the hill 35 minute walk back up the hill (dental and Med school closer),or catch a bus from beside the house. Taxis approximately $10 from town. Otago Golf club is a 5 minute walk or 10 to the Clubhouse. Moana Pool, an Olympic size, is a 15 minute walk. Covered Stadium "Forsyth Barr Stadium" is a 30minute walk down the hill passing through town, longer coming back up. Easy access to Otago Peninsula.

Beautifully restored and eco friendly dream villa with top spec updates. Immaculately clean and with every creature comfort imaginable. Beautifully quiet and private area! Our hostess Ali was very friendly and hospitable and extremely nice person. Having the experience and opportunity to stay in her home will be among our most treasured memories of our several summers spent in New Zealand! Many thanks again Ali for our wonderful stay! This is a beautiful Villa, set in a quiet, peaceful setting. There were eight of us, with more than enough room for all, and very little, if any, wait time to use facilities. Information was provided detailing eating establishments, things to do and safety measures. My dealings with our gracious hostess were excellent with immediate responses. I would highly recommend this Sunny Elegant Villa to everyone.Thank you Ali for allowing us to live in your wonderful Villa.

The most perfect holiday house, slept 7 of us comfortably, had everything we needed, close drive to the city, peaceful and quiet. lovely garden. spot on.
