About this Holiday House

Luxury 1 bedroom apartment only minutes from the lake front and a short walk across the park to town. Perfect for a couples getaway, so close to town yet peaceful and quiet. Beautifully appointed with separate bedroom. Ensuite bathroom with shower and spa bath. Well appointed kitchenette, complimentary WIFI, Freeview, DVD. Guest access to communal swimming pool, spa pool, BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven. Plenty of off street parking, room for the boat too! NEED MORE SPACE? We also have an adjacent 2 bedroom luxury apartment (sleep 4). Full kitchen and laundry. Rent one or other or both apartments if you need 3 bedrooms.

Lake Wanaka is one hour's drive from Queenstown via the scenic Crown Range. The town boasts many restaurants and cafes, from the apartment you can walk into town in under 10 minutes to enjoy all it has to offer. The lake itself is perfect for water sports in the summer months and with Cardrona and Treble Cone skifields only 30 minutes away, skiing and snowboarding are popular winter activities. Many hiking options available from the doorstep for walkign enthusiasts. Boutique winery Rippon Vineyard is a ten minute walk along the lakefront. Scenic flights to Milford Sound available from Wanaka airport.

Wanaka is one hour's drive from Queenstown airport via the dramatic Crown Range road or the equally beautiful Kawarau Gorge and Cromwell township. Lake Wanaka is a wonderful destination both SUMMER and WINTER. Only half an hour from the ski fields of Cardrona, Treble Cone and the Snow Farm, the apartment is a great base for your winter skiing or snowboarding holiday. Boating, fishing, hiking, mountain biking - you can do it all from here. Less than 10 minutes walk from town, the apartments are located in a quiet cul de sac adjacent to Pembroke Park and the Lake front. There is plenty of off street parking for cars and boat. If you're looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet yet handy to town, this is the place for you!

Great location, quiet, clean. Suited us perfectly.

We really enjoyed our time here. The place was very clean and well equipped and had a really nice feel about it. Great shower and wardrobe(!) and the owners, despite not being there, made us feel very welcome. We didnt want to leave. Not extensive cooking facilities but fine for a short stay- if we are in Wanaka again we wouldnt look anywhere else.

We felt at home immediately in this luxurious, very comfortable apartment – actually a small semi-detached house in a superb location, facing green surroundings. Very well maintained, well equipped, with attention to detail in many aspects and features as described on the website. A lovely place with privacy. We truly enjoyed our stay complemented by plenty of activities in the Wanaka area and last but not least Sue’s great hospitality. Thanks again !! Therese & Juergen from Germany
