House Rules and Information - Parking: 4 x off street parking, including boat parking. The garage is locked and not accessible for guest use. *Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. Professionally laundered linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $40 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors.
