We stayed here for my son’s birthday weekend and absolutely loved it! The house was spacious with plenty of rooms, and the lounge + kitchen area was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The location is amazing too as it’s just a short walk to the pools and shops, which made everything super convenient. We didn’t mind bringing our own sheets and pillowcases, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you’d need (I brought a large pot though just to be safe as I cooked a huge meal). Since it’s a self-cleaning property, we did notice a couple of unwashed plates hidden in the middle of the stack from previous guests, but aside from that everything else was great. We made sure to leave the place clean and tidy for the next guest. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

We shared this house along with our extended family (4 adults, 4 teens/young adults) and we found it perfect. The extra lounge space meant there was heaps of room for everyone, great outdoor space and it was in easy walking distance to the shops, cages and pools. 2 interconnecting bathrooms and varying bedroom/bed set ups meant it would suit many groups wanting to stay. We also made use of the full kitchen, TV, wifi and washing machine. Two days prior to our stay Hanmer Springs was hit by a massive storm which let the town without power, many houses Dana fed and roads closed. The communication with Chris during this time was faultless. We were regularly updated about how things were looking in Hanmer, if we would in fact be able to get there (due to fallen trees and road closures). We left home travelling 6 hours towards Hanmer not knowing if we would be able to stay or not and Chris updated us. Thankfully roads opened and power was restored a couple of hours before we arrived.

A great house, especially great for our extended family. Great sized bedrooms, fully stocked equipment in kitchen etc. Unfotunately dishwasher not working. Would def recommend this placd to ohers
