The home has three indoor living spaces, plus a sunny patio and a deck overlooking the gardens, giving everyone room to relax and spread out. A highlight is the TV room with a feather-filled couch you can literally sink into. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal prep, and the bar leaners mean the chef never has to be alone. Outside, a BBQ is ready for alfresco dinners on warm summer evenings. The bathroom opens to a private fernery, creating a great spot to soak while enjoying the lush view and fresh air. There’s plenty to keep everyone entertained, with books, games, puzzles, and DVDs. Golfers will love the private path leading onto the course. The Smart TV includes Freeview, and you’re welcome to log into your own Netflix account. Please note there is a floor-level goldfish pond in the dining room that would be unsafe for young children. Also note the single room has a narrower mattress, suitable for children or small adults.

The home is an easy walk to town, the supermarket, the estuary and the Great Taste Trail. Only a short drive will have you at the beautiful Kaiteriteri beach, and it's a great base for exploring the Abel Tasman National Park.
