Our wee cottage is tucked down the drive, it backs on to the south Brighton Estuary park, which has children's playground, walking and cycling tracks. Very private back yard great for BBQ and sunbathing. Quiet and peaceful. Two double bedrooms and a large comfy couch that works well extra bed. Gas hot water and gas cooking. 5 minutes walk to beach. We have a lovely garden that you are most welcome to water...otherwise we will turn on the automatic sprinklers
