The Beach House is so close to both the ocean and the harbour. There is boat parking with plenty of car parking as well. The top floor has the main bedroom with ensuite and dressing room. The middle floor has two bedrooms with a family bathroom. The ground floor ha the 4th bedroom with 2 single beds. There are great views of the ocean and the harbour. If you have to work there is even a small office. This property would be so suitable for 2 families.
