Keep in mind that the main living area is upstairs and may not be accessible for anyone with mobility issues and it does not have stair gates if you have young toddlers/kids. The property is right on the beachfront and is NOT fenced. There is lots of off street parking but no access to the garage unless prior arrangments are made. Strictly no Parties.
