About this Holiday House

Spoilt for choice to relax in this private resort like setting. Large luxury home on Motiti road with beach access directly across the road; less than a minute walk to the sand or dive into the large heated pool or spa in the back yard the choice is yours. The home can sleep 12 with 4 bedrooms,4 bathrooms and 2 lounges there is space for all the family. Please Enquire if you have a larger group. Strictly NO PARTIES and the pool is not to be used after 10pm. This is our family home you can enjoy whilst we holiday.

This place was absolutely stunning — a total dream getaway! The house itself was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. The pool was a highlight and provided so much fun throughout our stay. Having the beach right across the road was amazing — we loved starting and ending our days with a stroll along the sand. The location is unbeatable. With cafes, bars, and great eateries all within walking distance, we didn’t even need to use our vehicles once. We would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect beachside escape!

Guests are expected to leave the house and pool area tidy, dishes done, BBQ clean and rubbish in provided bins - surplus to be taken away.
A cleaning fee of $250 will apply for more thorough cleaning.
Bed linen and towels have a $10 per person charge.

If a cancellation is made within 4 weeks of check in %50 of total booking price will be forfeited. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of check-in - you'll lose 100% of the total booking price. All cancellations will incur a $75 administration fee.

Check in from 3pm and Check out at 10am (flexible by negotiation depending on other bookings).
