This lovely 3 bedroom, 1950's family home is not a flash new build, but is both warm and comfortable. A great place to relax with the kids while on holiday. With 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a comfortable couch that can turn into a bed, it can easily accommodate up to 6 people + extras if needed. There are 2 spare camp mattresses available for additional guests. The house is slowly being renovated, at present the hallway is being decorated. The bathroom and kitchen are both functional spaces, and the dining table can be extended from 4 to 6 settings. The fully fenced section boasts a large grassed area with trampoline and an entertaining area with table, chairs, a large sun umbrella and bbq. Small dogs will be considered on a case by case basis, please get in touch. Motueka is a vibrant town known for it's cafe culture and artistic community. It is a gateway to the Abel Tasman National Park and is surrounded by beautiful beaches, mountains, rivers and some of the countries best mountain biking. The house is only a 10 min walk to Restaurants, Cafes, Supermarkets and a 15minute drive to Kaiteriteri beach. Day trips to Golden Bay, and Nelson Lakes are all possible.
