Overall it is a cute cosy little house with everything you need. Our main disappointment was with the cleanliness. It really needs a deep clean and de-clutter. We ended up washing the cutlery and crockery before we used it as we found some that wasn't clean including the tray the cutlery sits in. Also, the bathroom and kitchen floor was a bit grimy. An old hamburger left in the fireplace. I don't like to be negative as it wasn't all bad, but if you are renting it out, cleanliness is top priority. On the plus, the communication was good, the fire made it super nice and cosy, the beds were comfortable, everything else we needed was there. A 5-10 minute walk to the lake.

Clean and tidy. Close to amenities and the lake,. Plenty of space, well set up with games for the whole family.
