About this Holiday House

*Currently looking for someone who can stay the entire month of APRIL 11th - MAY 15th 2026. (Can possibly adjust days a little). We will need the occupants to feed our cat once a day) Situated in a quiet, elevated cul-de-sac, this home is perfect for any individual, couple, or family looking for a 1 month holiday in Nelson. Early 1990s dwelling split over three levels, with a modern kitchen, wood burner, master bedroom with ensuite and balcony, timber deck at rear, ocean & rural outlook. 3 bedrooms (1 with king bed, 1 with queen, and the other also with queen). We are ideally looking for someone who can rent for the specified period of Apr 11 - May 15 2026. The price is reduced significantly because we have a friendly cat that requires feeding once a day. *Special conditions: Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No smoking. Pets are not permitted. This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings. You will have access to the whole property except the garage, which will be locked up with our personal belongings. Linen and towels will be provided free of charge. References and deposit required to secure booking.
