About this Holiday House

A relaxed, modern and comfortable  home with easy access to Mapua village and Wharf.  The house has a well proportioned and super sunny living area with well a equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge.  All finished off with modern and comfortable furnishings. Sliding doors from the living area, take you out to a private and sunny patio, where you can relax with a morning coffee or enjoy an evening BBQ. The bunk beds are suitable for adults

We are walking distance to Mapua which has a good selection of restaurants and cafes, Rimu Wine Bar and The Bear Brewery The Great Taste Cycle Trail runs through Mapua and goes as far as Kaiteriteri one way or Nelson the other way via the Mapua Ferry which connects Mapua To Rabbit Island. Bikes can be hired in the village There are artist galleries, potteries and wineries galore. The Abel Tasman National Park, Kahurangi National Park and Nelson Lakes National Park are all close by and driveable in a day. Beaches Ruby Bay 2km Rabbit Island 10km Kaiteriteri 25km Nelson Market is on a Saturday with lots of arts, crafts and food Motueka Market is on a Sunday

Awesome location, super quiet, friendly ownership / great service. Spacious enough for several folks, amenities / utilities spot on. Easily the best Holiday House I have stayed in over the years, will definitely stay again.

Pretty much everything was above and beyond expectations, comfortable / cozy / clean! If (more like when) we make it down to Nelson again hope we have the good fortune to book again. If commenting / suggesting anything, bedroom and bathroom doors don’t have locks, would be a worthwhile addition for sure.

The place in Mapua was excellent. It was light and very comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone. Thought has gone into ensuring that we had all that was needed for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay again.
