Modern open plan home with water views over the city and harbour, set in a rural location, yet only 5 minutes drive to the hussle and bussle of Bayfair shopping centre and 8 minutes drive to the beautiful mount beaches. Alternatively you can take a short 15 minutes walk across the bridge to the Tauranga bars and restaurants. Large grounds, stunning views, beautiful gardens, stunning sunsets, a great place for families or friends to get away. STRICTLY NO PARTIES any sign of party and you wlll be asked to leave...Only the specified number booked to be at property.

Beautiful views over Tauranga city set in a beautiful rural location. Easy 15 min walk to the Tauranga city bars and restaurants,and a five minute drive to Bayfair shopping centre. Sit on the deck and watch the most magnificent sunsets over the water.

fast respond good communication for some reason,.we.cant make the stay, but both of us have good communication and understanding at the end

Lovely house and perfect location. A nice quiet area for our tour drivers to unwind after a busy day and still close to amenities. House was lovely and clean, and communication was great. Plenty of parking. Will definitely be back. Thanks Toni

This is a beautiful house to stay in! Very quiet setting but so close to town. Very thoughtful owners who had put the heat pump on for us and we were very toasty all weekend. Lovely outdoor dining area. We would love to stay again.
