Welcome to The Grey Studio@13a, a light filled modern apartment attached to our main house. Your entrance is via a meandering limestone path that takes you thru a small orchard to the gate entrance and thru onto a board walk. Walk along the boardwalk and the entry is to your left. Our studio apartment of 33 m2 offers a beautifully furnished space to use to explore the Wairarapa. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and good quality high thread count linen with views out into the garden. Also included is a separate lounge and kitchenette, it has no cooking facilities but a fridge, toaster and kettle. In the main garden is an entertainment courtyard with out door seating and a outdoor wood fire and gas BBQ. If you book for two consecutive nights a continental breakfast for 2 is included. This consists of bread, fruit, homemade jams and marmalade, home made muesli, cereal and yoghurt.
