We have a sunny, spacious, 4 bedroom brick and tile home in a quiet culdesac available in Papamoa while we are on our family holiday. Our home is brilliantly situated, just 500 to Papamoa Plaza with access to stores, supermarkets, takeaways, food court, library etc, and 1km to the safest place to swim, at the lifeguard patrolled beach. The house has a full family bathroom and separate toilet, and also an ensuite to the master bedroom. There is an open plan lounge and dining space, with a separate kitchen and living area, making it excellent for adults and teens to have their own spaces. There is also a comfy outdoor table setting and Weber BBQ for summer dining. House comes with two young cats as part of the agreement. They are very friendly and like to have some company. They need feeding morning and night, and locking in late and night and letting out early in the morning. Secondly, we're in the process of redecorating our house, so it has some raw patches! I'll include photos of the worst of it, there are some paint patches on walls, a couple of out-of-the-way places where the carpet has been cut back, the bath tiles have started to be removed..... but everything is fully functional! We do not allow parties or gatherings, our neighbours may come across to introduce themselves as we all keep an eye on each other’s houses when away, but will then leave you to your quiet enjoyment. Our home runs on the kiwi bach policy of cleaning and leaving it as you find it. Thanks for your support which keeps costs down for everyone.
