WiFi must be on at all times. All NZ Government COVID 19 Protocols must be followed Failure to comply with house rules may result in escalation to HolidayHouses and cancellation of booking
Rubbish and Recycling
We only have one rubbish collection per week, please if you have more than one bag of household rubbish from your stay, take any excess bags and bottles to our local transfer station at Te Maunga Transfer Station on Truman Road Mount Maunganui, 5 minutes away.
One kitchen bag of household rubbish is permitted in the green bin per day
Rubbish Collection day is 8am Monday
Outdoor security cameras operate on the property and we are part of the local neighbourhood watch.
Maximum number of guests in listing is not to be exceeded. Leave the premises in a clean and tidy state. Whilst we appreciate you are on holiday please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and no loud parties. Do not use the property for unlawful purposes Check in time is 2pm or by prior arrangement Check out time is 10am or by prior arrangement. An extra surcharge applies if failure to comply. Your bond will be used to cover the costs of any damages, breakages , extra cleaning requirements or unforeseen costs relating to your stay. If the damages etc exceed the bond amount the guest will be required to pay this.
