New to our portfolio, we are very pleased to introduce this stunning modern holiday home. This two storey new build is located at an elevated position offering exceptional lake and mountain views in a luxurious setting. Architecturally designed and located in an envious elevated position taking full advantage of the impressive views of Lake Wanaka and the Southern Alps. This accommodation is easy walking distance to Wanaka's amenities, this modern home offers you luxury without compromise. On the upper level you’ll walk into a seamlessly designed kitchen and open lounge featuring a large smart TV and an open gas fire. All of this opening up to a fabulous outdoor deck overlooking the lake and mountains. Tucked away behind the lounge is stunning powder room. On the lower level through the entrance way and to the left, you will find three contemporary styled bedrooms with open up to the garden. The shared bathroom has a deluxe bathtub to relax in after a day up the slopes or on the lake. The master bedroom features ranch sliders on both sides for ultimate indoor outdoor flow and a large ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Bed Configuration as follows: Master Bedroom: 1 King Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bedroom 3: 2 King Singles OR 1 Super King The property is just a short walk to the lovely Bremner Bay, sports fields, Wanaka township and cafés. Excellent mountain biking trails including Sticky Forest are all within riding distance. This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tabs along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 compostable bin liners and laundry powder. We are plastic bag free and use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. Bring your own beach towels. EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES CANCELLATION POLICY – updated 2 December 2021 If a Guest’s booking is disrupted due to government mandated travel restrictions related to Covid-19, we will issue a refund less $100 administration fee. International border closures are currently not covered by this policy. This policy does not apply to Booking.com non-refundable reservations. We highly recommend travel insurance.
