St Arnaud is a beautiful and tranquil alpine village. Enjoy a break with a great selection of outdoor activities on your doorstep, or just relax in the peaceful surroundings.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

For information on tramps, walks, mountain biking, fishing and other activities visit the Doc information Centre, 2 minutes’ walk away. Essential groceries and petrol can be purchased from the Store in village, 5 minutes’ walk away. Coffee and meals are available at Alpine Lodge & Diehard restaurant in the village. Fish and Chips can be purchased on a Friday evening during summer, next to the store in village.

Lovely house with plenty of space for a larger group and suitable for groups of adults or families. Very peaceful location with nice leafy outlook and mountain views as the house is up a little hill and double-story. Kitchen is very well appointed and everything was very clean and tidy. 2 bathrooms appreciated, good water pressure and comfy beds. BBQ wasn't usable for our stay due to gas leak, have messaged the owner about that. Not a big problem for us as kitchen so good. Would love to stay again.
