About this Holiday House

You will love the pool & spa, this is a great space for the whole family to relax and chill. Enjoy the Outdoor fresco ambience while the BBQs cooking, PLUS play pool while having a beer in the games area!! So much fun to be had :) Enjoy large spacious living areas. 4 bedrooms - 2 kitchens - 2 bathrooms & much more!! GREAT LOCATION with the Gondola only 2km down road with world-famous Mountain Bike Park in same location and town is only 5min away. We are a pet friendly home, please enquire if you would like to bring your dog. We have 2 fish tanks, one with tropical guppies and one with 2 turtles, if you could be so kind, they will need feeding once a day while you stay a lovely addition that the kids will enjoy. The house also now has a resident cat, he is mostly always outside, easy to care for just pop his food in bowl which is all organised for you. He is use to dogs. Please let me know if you are wanting to book but someone in your group has a cat allergy. BOOK NOW! YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS OUT! Located in a perfect spot overlooking a reserve with a playground, just open the back gate and the kids can go play in the reserve or we have a large trampoline for the ones who love to bounce. Rotorua is one of New Zealand's top tourist spots with lots to do and explore from free attractions, walks, hikes, mountain biking and the many lakes to enjoy and go swimming!! Views of Mt Ngongotaha and Skyline Gondola’s which is only 2km down the road where you can have endless fun OR enjoy the world-famous Mountain Bike Park in the same location. Close to Lake Rotorua, only 450m to a park on the lake and lake views from main bedroom. We have a local Dairy, Four Square, Fish n Chips shop and more just meters down the road. Enjoy the closeness of town only 3.4km away with many attractions being the same distance – GREAT LOCATION AND LOTS TO EXPLORE!!

Spacious, clean and comfortable home. Cute welcome from Tuntun the cat, notes around the house were handy, pool and spa was a treat. Some of us managed to go on the luge and enjoyed. Location is central to most places. Chivone is easy to deal with, thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a wonderful stay and had everything we needed. Sadly didn't get to use the swimming pool, as rotorua didn't turn on the sun for us. The spa pool was brilliant, nice beds with nice clean bedding,our daughter loved the fish, turtles and the cat tuntun. He was absolutely adorable and became very affectionate and cuddly once he got to know us. Would definitely stay here again!!! :) Thank you Chivone and family :)

I wanted somewhere to host some family for my daughters 21st - just a BBQ lunch and this house and the family made it all very easy to do. Very easy to communicate with. The house photos do not do this justice. The space is huge and there are so many places to park up with the family to reconnect. The house, especially the kitchen, is fully equipped with everything you need and some..... I am very thankful. I recommend and we hope to do this again so I will be in touch when we get there. Merry Christmas to you all. A very wonderful 2023 to you.
