About this Holiday House

. Beautiful Omanu beach and Surf Club with Patrolled beach section just across the road. Great for kids. . Situated back off the road - private driveway - with off street parking. . Elevated outlook all day sun drenched deck. . Living level has deck, kitchen, dining, lounge, bathroom . Master bedroom is on this level - with 1x King bed and King Single with a rollaway if required to sleep 6 (would need to be set up in spacious lounge) Master bedroom also has smart TV and soundbar. Netflix, Youtube, etc and TVNZ on demand. . Top Level has 1x Queen bed with latest smart TV and sound bar with additional speakers. Netflix, Youtube, etc and TVNZ on demand. . Beach access just across the road. 1 minute walk to corner shops with cafe, fish & chips, indian restaurant & takeaway, Thirsty Liquor and Superette. 5 minute drive to downtown Mt Maunganui where you'll enjoy boutique shopping and the many cafes and bars for you to enjoy. Live music at many bars Wednesday to Sunday - including happy hours.
