We have a brand new purpose built 90m2 two bedroom holiday house available for rent directly across the road from Wainu/Okitu beach. The house was completed end of September 2021.
Enjoy the million dollar views of the Pacific Ocean all the way to the horizon while enjoying a meal or a drink either inside or outside.
Come and enjoy your break in Gisborne staying in this sought after area right at the beach. Potential for great surf, and great sunrises, a short walk to Makorori Headland for outstanding views Situated 8kms out of Gisborne on the coast road.
The lounge area has a massive main window with direct sea views of the Pacific Ocean facing SE just across the road. The beach front area is just dunes and Pohutukawa trees, it is not built up with other buildings.
Unlike a lot of holiday rentals in the area our place is fully insulated with full double glazing. It has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Own fenced off private deck with bbq and sea views. Off street parking for two vehicles.
The holiday house is built on our property near to but separate from the owner occupied house.
There is a super comfy new queen sized bed in each room. TV with Freeview and Netflix (not that you'll be wanting to watch much tv with this view), wifi, full kitchen with seating at island, dining area, laundry and clothesline, bath and shower with separate toilet. Linen and bath towels provided. Why stay at a bland hotel or an old bach when you can stay at a brand new house.
This is a perfect place to come and unwind on holiday. Enjoy a drink on your own deck, kicking back, gazing out over the ocean.
Although this place is brand new we listing are experienced hosts previously renting out a smaller holiday studio.
This is a non-smoking and no parties property.
The house is ideally set up for 4 guests but up to 2 extra guests may be considered by negotiation. The couch in the lounge has a queen sized fold out bed.
Come and enjoy our slice of East Coast paradise just outside the first city to sea the sunrise.
