This beautiful architecturally-designed property makes the most of the amazing Wanaka views everyone is so passionate about and you will have front row seat. The property has been finished to a high standard, with a stylish open plan living area boasting cedar-clad ceilings, sleek wooden floors and floor to ceiling windows looking out to the lake. In summer, these sliding doors can be fully opened to connect up the living zone to an expansive front deck area, offering fantastic indoor-outdoor flow. If it’s cooler outside, relax on the sumptious corner couch and enjoy a drink while you gaze out and watch the sun disappear behind the mountains, while the flames from the fireplace flicker beside you. Just down from the deck you’ll find the spa pool with stunning views, the perfect place to recharge after a day on the slopes. The stylish designer kitchen with stone benchtops offers plenty of space to cook up a storm for family and friends or enjoy a gourmet 3 course meal cooked by a private chef. If you prefer alfresco dining, make the most of the internal courtyard complete with gas barbecue, outdoor dining space and outdoor fire. The luxury villa has three great sized bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a bunk room for the kids. The master bedroom enjoys a Californian king bed, lake views, a tiled ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The other guest rooms are all beautifully finished with chic soft furnishings and the tiled bathrooms are all unique and stylish. The separate living area is a perfect place for a late night chat and nightcap. A double garage provides space to park your car and plenty of storage for ski gear or bikes. The property is located close to the numerous bike and walking tracks Wanaka has to offer, including the lake track, which will take you all the way in to town.

Please be aware that this property is managed by ‘Release Wanaka’. We are a local Wanaka property management business and we are legally responsible for the care of the property. We require a fully refundable security bond for each booking. This will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure, as long as no loss or damage has occurred at the property. We require credit card details either before you arrive or on the day of arrival. The security bond for Thirty Seven is NZ$5000.

A cleaning fee of NZ$250 is charged per reservation. This covers basic cleaning and management fees. Any cost due to excessive cleaning after a guest checks out will be the responsibility of the guest.

All linen and towels are provided.
