RELAXING RETREAT PROPERTY SUMMARY: This stunning alpine property is perched perfectly above the lake with picture perfect views of the Remarkable’s, nestled in between the nature of the surrounding trees and natural spring, ideal blend of nature with a taste of luxury in this well-designed refurbished home away from home. With its spacious living and dining areas both inside and out, Relaxing Retreat will exceed your expectations. ACCOMMODATION DETAILS Arrive to the house and you are greeted with a large wrap around balcony, ideal for a hot tub, alfresco dining or just to chill out and read a book next do the stream after a long day up the mountain or on the lake fishing. Enter the house to the large open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen complete with a six floor to ceiling sliding windows, an entertainer’s dream. Winter months you will arrive to a super warm home with underfloor heating, heat pump, panel heaters and additional blankets so you can cozy up on the large sofas and hook up to the new Samsung TV to stream Netflix or Chromecast your favourites! The right side of the ground floor meets the master bedroom with a spacious ensuite bathroom and twin basin. The downstairs master bedroom has a king bed which can also be split into two singles, this room also has its own private entrance to the side of the house. Moving upstairs and you will be forgiven to think that bedroom 2 is not the master. Relax on the queen bed to take in the award winning views of the lake and mountain, or open the doors to the private balcony with table and chairs, take one of the cook books and choose what culinary delights to cook up for the family. The large family bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom and consists of a bath, twin basin, and shower. Next up is bedroom 3 consisting of a king bed which can also split into singles to provide further flexibility for your family or friends. Last but definitely not least is bedroom 4, another king bed which can split to singles accompanied with the money shot views of the lake, Remarkables mountain range, and Kelvin Heights. The last room upstairs is the office which share the same views as the fourth bedroom should you need any added inspiration. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms consisting of: Master bedroom = 1 x King (2 x singles upon request) Bedroom 2 = 1 x Queen Bedroom 3 = 1 x King (2 x singles upon request) Bedroom 4 = 1 x King (2 x singles upon request) Adjacent to bedroom 4 is a separate office. KITCHEN Fit for a King or family, the contemporary open plan hi-tech tiled kitchen is complete with everything you need for your stay, perfect for entertainment and conversation that features indoor/outdoor access to a stunning spacious deck. ENTERTAINMENT AND LIVING AREAS The living area with its comfortable couches and flat screen TV comes complete with Netflix and Chromcast. The outdoor BBQ dining area and alfresco dining are ideal spots to relax after a big day of adventuring. You're also well placed to head Wanaka-way for Cardrona ski field and the Snow Farm (cross country skiing). Hiking or biking? Go from the front door! Skippers Canyon and Lake Hayes are also very close. Swimming or sports? Lakes Leisure indoor pool and gym/sports complex is a five minute drive away. Wine and food? Set off to Gibbston Valley for the day.
