Beautiful 3 bedroom beach house with two bathrooms only 1 minute walk from The Mount main beach, across the road from the Mt Drury playground and a few minutes walk to Pilot Bay. Only a minutes walk to all the wonderful shopping and restaurants of downtown The Mt. Only a few minutes walk to the walking track around and up Mount Maunganui and cafes below the Mt. The house has two bedrooms downstairs with a queen bed in one and a single and bunks in the other. There is also a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there is a King bed with shower ensuite and separate toilet. The lounge, dining and kitchen are upstairs as well. The kitchen is set up with all basic requirements.There are two decks upstairs to make the most of the sun all day and the wonderful views of Mount Maunganui. There is a BBQ available for guests to use and a washer and dryer. The BBQ must be left in the same condition as it was upon arrival, if used. The Smart TV has freeview and the ability for guests to sign into personal TV streaming sites such as Netflix. Wifi is included. Off street parking for maximum of 2 cars. A recycling bin is provided for glass and other recycling. However once these are full disposal of any extra items is required by the renter. One prepaid rubbish bag will be provided. Any further bags required must be purchased by the renter. If rubbish day occurs while the renter is occupying the holiday house then they must place rubbish bags and recycling bins on the roadside and collect them once they are empty. Per night rate is subject to time of year. There is a minimum stay period of 2 nights except for Easter when it is 3 nights. Price per night does not include linen, cleaning or a bond. Linen can be provided for an extra cost of $100 and includes bedding, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. Duvets and pillows will be provided always. Cleaning is an additional compulsory charge of $100. If excessive cleaning is required then the required amount will be charged upon inspection after departure, before the bond is refunded. If required this amount can be taken from the bond. Bond is an extra $200 which will be refunded after an inspection upon departure.
