Spacious and comfortable holiday home backing on to native bush with beautiful sea view and 2 minute walk to the water and all that Elaine Bay has to offer - boating, fishing off the wharf, swimming, bush walks, feet up with a good book or catching movie/ sport on Sky. Built in the 80's the house comfortably sleeps up to 6 and offers all the basics, including additional fridge and freezer space, boat parking, Sky TV (sports and movie channels), DVD's, and a stock of board games and puzzles for a wet day. There's no shop at EB so you'll need to bring supplies with you (usual staples provided). Cellphone coverage in bay limited (Spark) - signal booster in house allows Spark users access to hotspot/text/internet. Ideal for family holidays and respectful guests (including well behaved pets by negotiation). We have neighbours so ask that noise is limited to inside voices after 10pm. BYO sheets or can be provided (see below). Please clean and leave house as found and remove all rubbish (or cleaning can usually be arranged by prior arrangement). Note: Currently there is only diesel fuel available in Elaine Bay, closest location for petrol is Okiwi Bay (20-25 mins by road).
