FULLY RECOMMEND! Lovely new house close to beach , dairy and fish and chip shop with spare section next door to park car/boat. However no internet (but that was as noted in advert so all good there) but TV not connected either. Bedding and facilities etc all great but place was a little dirty e.g. in fridge and kitchen cupboards and drawers and lots of food left in fridge and freezer and cupboards - ok with us but some people may not like that. No handsoap or shower gel and only a smidgen of dishwashing liquid provided which we had to use sparingly. I would recommend to host to provide these as these are standard in the majority of NZ holiday homes (not expecting shampoo/conditioner of course) . Host was pleasant to deal with and we loved the house so these are pretty minor items and we'd love to come back another time. FULLY RECOMMEND!

Decent place,coz it is new......in regards to basic amenities facilities provided - (coffee powder which was provided was expired one....and also other pantry items, only 2 toilet rolls provided for 2 nights and 3 days stay for 8 people, would have been better if they have informed us earlier about all these like the Linen...that it would cost extra.
