LUXURY LIVING:
Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors wrap-around the main living level providing wonderful natural light and showcasing the most magnificent views. The spacious open plan living areas flow seamlessly onto the main balcony. The comfortable lounge has a beautiful gas fireplace, providing a lovely après ski ambience while watching the sun set over the mountains.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
The master bedroom is on the middle level of the home, providing its own private space to retreat to. It has a true “wow” factor with a panoramic view of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. The room has a king bed, spacious walk-through wardrobe and an ensuite with shower. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are on the lower level of the home and share a large bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, beautiful mountain and lake views, and opens to a balcony. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, beautiful mountain and lake views, and opens to a balcony. There is a fourth bedroom, but please note that this is a children’s room with a single bed. The bathrooms have rain head showers, heated towel rails, hair dryers, luxury toiletries, premium towels, and underfloor heating. There is also a guest toilet on the main living level.
Conveniences and comforts also include ski racks, full laundry facilities, underfloor heating throughout the home, and a fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooktop and the all-important coffee machine.

When booking this property, you are agreeing to the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You will also receive a full document after confirming.
- Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.
- The Views is for a maximum of 6 guests, and occupancy must not be exceeded.
- A standard exit clean is included with your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example.
- The Views is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held.
- Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am.
- Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Smoking/vaping is allowed outside only with windows and doors shut.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- We require a security bond of $1,000 due prior to arrival, which is held in trust until after the guests have vacated the property and a full inspection has been completed. The security bond is refunded to the guest by way of the credit card used for payment less any costs, which include but are not limited to: Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure that result in extended housekeeping hours. Loss of keys, missing items, carpet cleaning, repair of damages to the property and chattels or excessive rubbish removal.
