Explore an array of books and board games provided for your enjoyment. The fully equipped kitchen ensures convenience, with pantry items like tea, coffee, and sugar readily available. The bedrooms, accessible from the main living area, feature queen-sized beds in both bedroom one and two, while bedroom three hosts a single bunk bed and a designated work desk for your convenience. A tucked-away washing machine adds to the practicality. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, and toilet. Please note: there is construction going on next door until end of January 2024. There will be a bit of noise from 8am to 5pm Monday - Fridays. Other things to note - The guest who books must be 25 years of age plus - Strictly no parties or gatherings - No pets allowed Important Note: Please be aware of the following terms and conditions: Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your credit card 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Guest Portal: You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival. Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold. Bond Hold: A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival. The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found. Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning. These terms are designed to ensure the smooth processing of your reservation and to account for any potential damages or additional cleaning required during your stay.
