The big luminous skylights are a particular of this classic family home, offering soothing warmth and splendid light. The home also features some lovely wooden furnishings, with elegant stained-timber panelling that has been there since the house was built. The two-storey home includes ample off-street parking, and a massive outdoor courtyard, that can be used for family games like backyard cricket. Recently renovated, the home is equipped with tasteful modern comforts. Downstairs, the home accommodates sizable living areas – including a lounge, a sitting area/sunroom, and a modern kitchen fully-equipped with cooking utensils. Also downstairs, there are two bedrooms which contain a double bed and a set of bunk beds, respectively. Upstairs, are the remaining three bedrooms; which each get a wonderful outlook across the city and lots of sunlight. The 3 upstairs bedrooms include a queen bed, a queen bed, and a king bed respectively. There is also two wonderful modern bathrooms, one of which incudes laundry that is available for guests to use. Please Note: There is a security camera operating at the front door of this property for your safety and ours.

All of our houses offer 24 Hour Self Check-in / Check-out. Check-in is available from 3PM and check-out is before 10AM. The houses are fitted with either secure lock boxes containing the keys or coded door access, for which you will receive the code in your arrival information prior to your stay.
We can provide a port-a-cot, highchair and baby bath if required at extra cost, please send us a message when you book and we will ensure they are ready at the house for your arrival.
We require photo ID and your credit card details and will charge a pre-authorisation of $350 the day before your arrival which puts a pending hold on those funds and this will automatically drop off after 7 days. If there are extra charges for damage or extra costs you will be notified of these via email and be sent an invoice.
