The two-storey home includes ample off-street parking, and a massive outdoor courtyard. Downstairs, the home accommodates sizable living areas – including a lounge, a sitting area/sunroom, and a kitchen fully-equipped with cooking utensils. Also downstairs, there are two bedrooms which contain a double bed and a set of bunk beds, respectively. The 3 upstairs bedrooms include a queen bed, a queen bed, and a king bed respectively. There is also two bathrooms, one of which includes laundry that is available for guests to use. Please Note: There is a security camera with audio operating at the front door of this property for your safety and ours. This is outside the property and only records entry and exit.

All of our houses offer 24 Hour Self Check-in / Check-out. Check-in is available from 3PM and check-out is before 10AM. The houses are fitted with either secure lock boxes containing the keys or coded door access, for which you will receive the code in your arrival information prior to your stay.
We can provide a port-a-cot, highchair and baby bath if required at extra cost, please send us a message when you book and we will ensure they are ready at the house for your arrival.
We require photo ID and your credit card details and will charge a pre-authorisation of $350 the day before your arrival which puts a pending hold on those funds and this will automatically drop off after 7 days. If there are extra charges for damage or extra costs you will be notified of these via email and be sent an invoice.

Once your booking is confirmed please email photo ID, you will also be asked to provide your Credit card details which will have a pre-authorization of $500
