A large open plan living/dining kitchen with bi-folds and covered decks provide great indoor/outdoor flow and access to the views wherever you sit. For front row seats, the outdoor chairs are a great spot for morning coffee or end of day drinks while taking in the views. There is a spacious well-equipped kitchen with , Nespresso (BYO Pods) and a large new Weber BBQ for al fresco cooking. After a day at the beach stroll back to the house and soak in the views from the decks while cranking up the BBQ with a cold drink in hand. And once the sun has gone down it is a perfect time to finish the day with a soak in the spa on the rear sheltered deck which provides a view of the ocean. For entertainment there is a large TV with Freeview and comfy sofas to lounge in. For winter stays there is a log burner and heat pumps in the master bedroom and living area and portable Dyson fans for heating in the winter and cooling in the summer. There is a spacious carport and off-street parking for another 2 vehicles. This is truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magic of Langs beach under two hours from Auckland.
