We're happy to share it with you! The house is 2 stories. The top level can be accessed with or without stairs. Either by the driveway with stairs, or by the front yard by sidewalk. TOP LEVEL/GARDEN LEVEL - Kitchen and living room, - 2 single bedrooms, - 1 full bathroom with bath - Master suite (super king size bed). DOWNSTAIRS - Room with queen bed and sofa bed, with adjoining toilet/sink, - Studio with queen bed and sofa bed, with adjoining full bathroom The studio has a separate entrance through the back of the house. It has a full bathroom and a kettle with coffees and teas. It offers privacy, maybe for a younger couple, grandparents who want a bit more quiet time or teenagers who need their own space? GARDEN There are 2 gardens: - one in the front with trampoline, sandpit and herb garden. - one in the back where the studio is. This is mostly the veggie garden. The garden is installed with: - an outdoor hot shower (please use it to rinse off any extra sand!) - spa - multiple hoses to rinse wetsuits and gear after the surf, or kitesurf. - lines to dry wetsuits and towels KITCHEN Kitchen appliances include a gaz cooktop, cold double door oven that's safe for kids, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. We also have a compost. KIDS AND BABIES We have 2 young kids so the house is kid proof. The front garden is fenced. PETS We are pet friendly. If you are thinking about bringing your pet, please contact us AHEAD. Not every pet will be allowed. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. ACTIVITIES We're 7 minutes away from Manu Bay, world class surf spot. Also only 5 minutes away from the main surf beach, and the kitesurf and wingfoil beach. There are 3 different parks for children close by. Mount Karioi is in the background, 20 minutes drive away for a great 5 hours hike. A shorter track is available. TV The house has a TV, but solely to plug in your computer. It is NOT connected, and it does NOT have NETFLIX or other channels. Chrome cast available.
