There are deep, sandy bottom rock pools exposed by low tide in front of the house, which are perfect for lazing in. Watch the sun rise and set from the living area and spacious balcony, sit outdoors in the sea air, and fall asleep to the sound of the surf. The balcony wraps around three sides of the fully equipped house, with spectacular 180 degree ocean views and plenty of space to relax, dine, and sunbathe. Catch up on your sleep in the master bedroom on the king size posture-pedic mattress. The master opens on to the balcony, and looks straight out to sea, so you can enjoy the view and fresh sea air from the bed or comfortable recliner. Sleep with the ranch slider open and let the surf lull you to sleep. We have ultra fast fibre, so stream to your heart's content. Have a Netflix binge if the weather turns on you! If you are bringing a camper, or your car has a body kit or is exceptionally low you will probably not make it up the driveway . We are on solely on tank water out here and Northland is nearly always experiencing water shortages, so water use needs to be frugal. Long showers are not possible. The Beach House is unsuitable for small children, but please do enquire if you are coming with a little baby or older children. Please be aware that upon booking we will ask you to provide identification for all guests, as well as registration of the vehicles which will be on the property. Smoking is permitted but outside only. Strictly no pets, no exceptions sorry.
